Welcome! This title seems so appropriate. Today marks the day I decided to share my journey and love for Real Estate to the world. Specifically, I want to base this website around Real Estate Investing and everything that parallels with the industry. As you might already know Real Estate is the ultimate transit to financial freedom. Approximately 80% of Multi-Millionaires obtained their riches from Real Estate. One of my goals is to document my moves as I move forward in this industry. The main reason behind this website is to help others see how hard work and dedication can achieve financial freedom. With that being said, you don’t have to be a genius to attain it.
As a novice to the industry, I believe I do have a lot to offer. The most important lesson is where I began. I started with absolutely nothing. I was living with my mother (paying $600 in rent), in debt, and barely enough money to pay the bills. Now I own 3 units (one of which I’m currently living in almost rent free) and live with no expenses. With almost $0 in bills, my financial situation has taken a crazy 180 degree turn. Now heading down the hill it has created a snowball effect (A.K.A. The Compound Effect).
I do believe this is an optimal time to start documenting my journey. As I’m not too far ahead of the pack, that I can offer valuable information to the rookie. On the other hand, I have proven knowledge that the techniques I’ve used are actually working in the progression towards actual financial freedom.
